We stayed in a double room complete with private bathroom, tea bags, for example. The location was great for Galway, just next door to Galway, the town center and the Spanish Arch. It also was in a quiet area.

The hotel was set in a very central area just off the town centre as well as city center. Moreover, it was 3 km from Walton Hall and Gardens.

Clean rooms with functioning A/C. The overall modern design of the bathroom felt fresh.
The shower had issues with hot water. A towel rail in the spacious shower and a shelf for toiletries would have been practical. Double parking was awkward and inconvenient. The bed could use some extra cushioning as well.

The bathroom is modern, but where's the towel rail? It's unacceptable that I had to double park another guest. I almost left a nice review, but how could I, when I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles? If only they'd put some thought into making my stay better, the whole experience could've been different.

The comfy bed and fully stocked coffee station were highlights of my stay! I loved chilling by the pool and unwinding in the cozy lounge area. A little more parking space would have been great, but it didn't overshadow how much I enjoyed my time here 😄
